A good Java hosting
mvnForum currently host on http://www.lunarpages.com , and we are happy with their service. Their price is also reasonable.
Other good Java hosting is http://www.webappcabaret.com/webhosting.html , however the number of email boxes is limited.

I should have read this post before I registered for my current hosting service. No idea why mvnforum just doesn't work with their environment.

Do you know if this site supports struts and other apache stuff?

If i am correct, lunarpages support strut, but not velocity, please contact their supporters for more info.
And I am not sure about http://www.thebeancontainer.com, maybe rajn could anwser you

What a kick. I just signed up with lunarpages yesterday. Glad to hear they're a good outfit.

I have two small domains I'm setting up over there. They share the same space, but sit in different directories.

If I use mvnForum, would I need to install it there twice?

It depend on your sites, if you need 2 different forums, then install 2, and if you need one forum, you can share it between 2 domains (the parked domain quite equals to the main domain)
