The attached file name using the 2-byte code is not displayed correctly

I've noticed this, while verifying the Japanese properties. It seems that an attached file name isn't displayed correctly when the 2-byte code is used for the name.

When I attached the file using Japanese to the file name, it was not displayed correctly. The environment used for my verification is the Japanese version of WindowsXP and RC3-dev-20031122. I think that the default encoding is MS932.

Re: The attached file name using the 2-byte code is not displayed correctly

This is a known issue and might be the common-upload bug, but I dont have much time look more closely at this issue.

ps: this bug is noted to be fixed later.

For your information, this bug has been fixed since version 1.0.2 GA. The upload is correctly but the download is not correct in some cases.
