Thread: The attached file name using the 2-byte code is not displayed correctly

I've noticed this, while verifying the Japanese properties. It seems that an attached file name isn't displayed correctly when the 2-byte code is used for the name. When I attached the file using Japanese to the file name, it was not displayed correctly. The environment used for my verification is the Japanese version of WindowsXP and RC3-dev-20031122.
