剪貼文章測試: 香蔥奶油雞腿 材料: 雞腿四支、大番茄三個、蔥白四根、芹菜莖兩根、奶油二十公克、沙拉油兩湯匙、鮮奶油八湯匙、巴西里末少許、鹽、胡椒粉各適量、正方形錫箔紙八張。 做法: 番茄去皮,去籽,切成細絲。 將蔥白、芹菜莖洗淨,切成五公分長之細絲,在平底鍋中放入奶油,待奶油融化後,放入蔥白、芹菜莖稍微拌炒,蓋上鍋蓋以小火煮十分鐘。 雞腿去骨,撒上鹽、放入熱油鍋中,煎至金黃色。 在一張錫箔紙上擺入番茄絲、芹菜絲、蔥白絲、巴西里末,再放入一支雞腿,淋上兩湯匙鮮奶油,撒上適量鹽、胡椒粉,再以一張錫箔紙蓋好,將上下兩張錫箔紙的四邊摺起來。依此方式將所有雞腿包裹好,放入已預熱至攝氏兩 百一十度的烤箱中烤四十分鍾。 食用前撒上少許巴西里末。 |
