When I create categories, the Chinese characters can not be display properly. I've already done the following things before I add the categories containing Chinese characters... 1) create the mysql database with utf8 character set. 2) add URIEncoding="utf-8" in Tomcat's <connectot tag.. I have used 1.0 before did not get such kind of problems...can anyone give me a hand? |

It seems many people have same issues with the new version. Here is an example: http://www.mvnforum.com/mvnforum/viewthread_thread,416#1589 |

Acutally mvnForum 1.1 and 1.0 has the same way of support internationalization, you can see it on this forum, all language are displayed correctly. Honestly, config UTF-8 in MySQL is a headache, it is because of MySQL and not related to mvnForum.
