[Announcement] mvnForum 1.2 and MVN Collaboration Suite 1.0 released

Huu Ngoc Jsc ("MVN") is pleased to announce the immediate availability of MVN Collaboration Suite. It's an integrated solution to provide collaborations among Internet communities and/or Intranet websites. MVN Collaboration Suite integrates mvnForum Enterprise Edition version 1.2, mvnPublish Enterprise Edition version 1.0 and mvnAd Enterprise Edition version 1.0.

The MVN Collaboration Suite is also a suitable solution to provide forum for topics' discussions, or working as a news publishing system in order to publish the contents, which could include images, movies, sounds and/or flashes. Besides, you can use advertisements' tool, mvnAd, as integrated module in this suite to publish image, flash and/or HTML banners to the forum, to the mvnPublish front page or to any existed websites. The forum's topics will be shown in the news system and its new contents will be also shown in the forum. Furthermore, you could also put banners into various pre-defined places in the forum or the news system as well.

mvnForum 1.2 and mvnAd 1.0 Portlet Edition is also available if you need to deploy as portlet on portals which support JSR-168 such as BEA Web Logic, IBM Websphere, Sun Portal, Liferay, Exo, Jboss, Jahia, Jetspeed, etc

The mvnForum Enterprise Edition 1.2 GA
This forum softwares' new updates which include many new features and/or improvements as well, consist of:

* Better improvements to the polls.

* Contents are to be categorized into channels, and these channels are hierarchy and allow unlimited depths.
* Contents can also consist of unlimited images, sounds, movies, flashes and/or other files, as well. And they are organized into many pre-defined fields such as topic, summary, content's body, author, etc.
* Channels and contents both can be displayed on many types of templates (where templates can be customized).
* Flexible publishing workflow, which can be customized via XML files.
* Flexible permission managements basing on channels, workflow's steps and/or user group.
* Seamlessly integrated with mvnAd, so banners can be published on many pre-defined places in just a minute.
* mvnPublish front-end can also show any portion of the system discussion's topics, polls or albums.
* A lot of statistics in the system can be viewed through various provided charts.

The mvnAd Enterprise Edition 1.0

* Support unlimited zones (zone is a place in website that can display ads)
* Support unlimited banners, including images, flashes, movies or HTML banners
* Support Google Adsense.
* Many banners can be associated with a zone, or better still one banner can be distributedly displayed on many zones.
* Flexible permission managements for banners and zones
* Support publishing ads into many pre-defined places in the forum or the news system.
* Support integration into any existed websites, including ASP, JSP, PHP or HTML websites.
* Click tracking include information of IP, country, browser, OS, screen size, etc.
